GN-AI Information Consulting Co., Ltd. operates from offices in Taipei and Kaohsiung, providing planning, design, installation, deployment, migration, and maintenance services for IT hardware and software.

Problem first, product second

We confirm the problem to be solved, the existing environment, and the budget before recommending anything. Larger projects can start with a POC and TCO model. Once it is shown to work, we move to the next stage.

One point of contact all the way

Buy the equipment from one vendor, hire a second for installation, and sign a separate maintenance contract again. Responsibility for the joins usually ends up back with the customer's IT team. From assessment and quotation to installation and ongoing maintenance, one point of contact owns it.

Planning and build stay connected

The same engineers draw the architecture and run the on-site cabling. Rack space, power distribution, and future expansion are accounted for at design time - not discovered after go-live.

Offices in Taipei and Kaohsiung

We have engineers in both the north and the south. On-site scheduling for customers in central and southern Taiwan is more flexible, with no waiting for a team to travel down from Taipei.

Requirements interviews and architecture planning

Site survey, requirements interviews, architecture design, and product selection advice. Where needed, a POC and a total cost of ownership (TCO) model.

On-site build and installation

Our own engineers handle rack mounting, cabling, equipment installation, configuration tuning, and cutover.

System migration

VMware virtual machine migration, plus data and configuration transfer when existing equipment is retired. Compatibility is confirmed and a cutover plan drawn up before the migration.

Training and knowledge transfer

Hands-on training for your IT staff, management console walkthroughs, and document delivery, so day-to-day operations stay in your hands.

Annual maintenance contract

Business-hours support covering troubleshooting, scheduled health checks, and vendor renewal handling. The maintenance scope and response method are itemised in the contract.
